Responsibilities:

  • Own the business relationship from prospecting to closing.

  • Serve as the key account contact with the stakeholders across small, medium-sized companies and corporates.

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s agent network

  • Monitor and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with potential clients

  • Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services to improve sales

  • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of the company’s products and services to achieve or exceed the sales targets.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

Requirements:

  • Must have existing relationships with retail outlets, supermarket chains, and luxury stores 

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in the FMCG market

  • B2B and B2C experience

  • Must be ambitious and have the ability to multitask

  • Must be goal-oriented

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be committed to excellent customer service.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently with any type of client

  • Ability to listen attentively

  • Must be Tech-savvy
