We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja, Enugu, Kano and Oyo

Duties

  • Sales of Health Insurance by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies service improvementand new services rendered by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Carry out periodic market needs analysis and audit survey to enable management review market reaction.
  • Increase market penetration within assigned geography and/or vertical market by securing new customers and expanding the scope of products and services purchased by the existing customer base.
  • Develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and strategies to improve existing business development portfolios in the region.
  • Be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Carry out market survey and analysis to determine customer needs, sales volume and price variations that will meet the company’s goals;
  • Set up sales trips with appropriate number of sales calls for productdemonstration and lead generation and new business development
  • Conduct post sale follow-ups with customers to ensure all sales agreements have been accomplished and customers are satisfied with all aspects of the transaction.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification
  • Must have minimum of 5 years experiencing in the marketing and sales of insurance services.
