Responsibilities:
You’ll be expected to:

  • Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understand customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answer potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keep up with product and service information and updates.
  • Create and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explain and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Stay informed about competing products and services.
  • Upsell products and services.
  • Research and qualify new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:
You should have / be:

  • Tertiary Degree
  • Recently graduated
  • Technology savvy
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Quick Learner
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Great time management.
