You’ll be expected to:
- Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understand customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answer potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keep up with product and service information and updates.
- Create and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explain and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Stay informed about competing products and services.
- Upsell products and services.
- Research and qualify new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
You should have / be:
- Tertiary Degree
- Recently graduated
- Technology savvy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Quick Learner
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
