  • To monitor andmaintain an efficient cash flow
  • To ensurecorrect expenses are allocated in the correct month using the Computerisedsystems
  • To ensure allmonies are collected timeously through the management of credit facilitiesreview
  • Monitors allcreditors and ensures compliance to procurement processes and policies
  • To verifypayroll transactions before finalisation of processing
  • To processmonthly financial statements and report on these to the General Manager
  • To timeouslyforward financial statements to head office as per the set deadlines
  • To monitor theexpenditure and income of the Hotel
  • To ensure thatall company policies and procedures adhere to both within the accountsdepartment as well as all other departments
  • To monitorstock-taking procedures and ensure that all stock is accounted for
  • To monitordaily revenue control, cash & banking and oversee all cash up schedules
  • To review themonth-end pack/balance sheet and ensure that all reconciliation items arefollowed up
  • To ensure thatthe ledgers remain in balance and follow up when necessary
  • To assist withaudit requirements at year-end
  • Any such otheroutputs as instructed by the General Manager
