Cognetiks Consulting is a rapidly growing cloud consulting company that started 8 months ago and has now organically grown to become a maturing brand. Today our brand has reached a critical point of its growth and is now setting up a team, which will set the foundation to scale into becoming a globally known brand.

We are currently hiring a well rounded and extremely talented marketing manager who combines data analysis and creativity at the same time. As part of a tight team you will be involved with many aspects of the business and you will be given the autonomy and opportunity to experiment and to make decisions that will profoundly impact the future of the company.


  • Devise targeted brand, acquisition and retention strategies across all digital channels

  • Responsibly create and manage all Cognetiks Consulting ads across all platforms (Google, SEO, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Tiktok, etc) Help manage and oversee Cognetiks Consulting influencer marketing.

  • Help develop and execute a great content marketing strategy and plan for the brand while working closely with content creators and production teams (videography/photography) to create effective ads/campaigns.

  • Manage Cognetiks Consulting online community to keep them highly engaged with the brand.

  • Work closely with the product design team to fully understand upcoming products/collections to communicate USP’s and to suggest marketing driven product ideas to the design team.

  • Manage Cognetiks Consulting e-commerce website. Run regular tests to optimise customer experience, increase average order value, return customers, conversion rate, and most importantly LTV.

  • Continuously generate new marketing/e-commerce ideas.

  • Keep Cognetiks Consulting  up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and platforms.

  • Create and implement a highly personalised email marketing strategy.

  • You are extremely data driven and have exceptional data collation, analysis, and using data to drive business results.

  • You are extremely creative with the use of content on social media and know how to creatively engage people.

  • You have great team management skills.

  • You’re a growth genius. You know how to grow and manage online brands.

  • You follow the latest social media, fashion, tech, and e-commerce trends and know how to utilise those trends to generate business results.

  • You have a strong eye for social media influencers and a strong ability to determine which influencer would be suitable for which product.

  • You're a long term thinker. You understand the balance between achieving great business results while maintaining a great brand perception and positioning within fashion. You don’t do marketing activities that would increase sales but would damage brand perception in the long run.

  • You are self driven, extremely productive, and get a lot of work done without any procrastination in a short period of time.

  • You are never satisfied with the results you achieve no matter how good they are. You seek continuous improvement in every work you do.

  • You have high moral standards and ethics. You are humble, you prioritise the success of the company, and seek to get the best out of other team members.
